Ingredients

    Oats, Quaker, 2/3 cup
    Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, .5 cup
    Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value, .5 cup
    Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress), .5 serving (full scoop if you prefer)
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a container, such as a mason jar or plastic tupperware container, and set overnight in the refrigerator. Use your best judgement when setting overnight. I prefer 7-9pm to prepare and set oats.
