Introduction

Gluten free, sweet and chocolaty. A little bit different, but worth trying! Gluten free, sweet and chocolaty. A little bit different, but worth trying!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Can (15 oz) Black Beans- drained and rinsed
    2 Large eggs
    1/4 C Cocoa powder
    2/3 C Honey
    1/3 C Coconut Oil
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    Pinch of salt
    4 drops Peppermint essential oil ( I use Doterra)
    1/2 C Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour batter into greased 8x8 inch pan and gently fold in half the chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until set. (Toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.)
Let cool and cut into pieces
