    5 leaves Fresh basil
    2 sprigs Fresh dill
    1 small sprig Fresh oregano
1 sprig Fresh thyme (I used Lemon Thyme)

    2 tsp. Minced garlic
    2 tsp. Kosher salt
    2 tsp. Dried marjoram
    2 tsp. Sumac

Directions

I used fresh herbs, but if they are not available to you feel free to use dried.

In a bowl pour combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Mix well then add salt, dried herbs, and sumac.

Place salmon in a non-porous dish and pout marinade over. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
