Ingredients

2 Tbs. Extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1/2 lemon
5 leaves Fresh basil
2 sprigs Fresh dill
1 small sprig Fresh oregano
1 sprig Fresh thyme (I used Lemon Thyme)
6 leaves Fresh mint
2 tsp. Minced garlic
2 tsp. Kosher salt
2 tsp. Dried marjoram
2 tsp. Sumac
Directions
I used fresh herbs, but if they are not available to you feel free to use dried.
In a bowl pour combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Mix well then add salt, dried herbs, and sumac.
Place salmon in a non-porous dish and pout marinade over. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Serving Size: Makes enough to cover two portions
