After reading dozens of recipes, I came up with this composite. You can change out the fruit, seeds, and nuts if you keep the measurements the same. Ingredients

    Local Honey, 0.5 cup
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Oats_100% Whole Grain_Old Fashioned_uncooked, 4 cup
    Almonds, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .5 cup, halves and whole
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
    Dried Cranberries, 0.33 cup, chopped
    Raisins, .33 cup, packed
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .33 cup

Tips

Store in air tight container after cooling.
Eat dry or put in bowl and pour milk or almond milk over the granola. Remember to measure your serving.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Measure honey, salt, and canola in a Pyrex cup; heat in microwave for 10 seconds twice.

Measure remaining ingredients except fruit and seeds into 1 or 2 (9x11) baking dishes, lined with parchment.
Stir. Pour warm honey mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, lightly toast the seeds in a dry non-stick pan. Do not add until the last ten minutes to the granola mix in the oven.

Add the dry fruit after finished baking. Mix well. Cool,
