Ingredients

    1 Cup peanut butter
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 Cup Reese's baking chips

Tips

If the cookies fall apart when you try to take them off the pan, leave them there for a few more minutes. Do not put them back in the oven, because the bottoms burn very quickly.

Directions

Combine first four ingredients and mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape dough into balls, the press with the back of a fork to make cross-marks. The dough is rather sticky. Dipping the fork in water occasionally will help keep it from sticking. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes.
