Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 Fried chicken breasts, bones removed
    3 fried chicken thighs, bones removed
    2 gallons of water
    1 large pack of frozen mixed vegetables 2.5 lbs
    1 bunch of celery, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tsp dried cilantro
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    2 tbsp chicken base

Directions

Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a boil, then simmer 20-30 minutes. Cool and serve. Keep leftovers refrigerated.

    Very Good
    This was a very easy and tasty recipe to make. The only reason that I am not giving 5 Stars, is the fact that I didn't like the chicken skin in my soup. The next time that I make this, and I will make it again, I will remove the chicken skin. - 11/8/17
