Ingredients

    Kale
    Cucumbers
    Celery
    Apples
    Bananas
    Oranges
    Ginger

Tips

For a week's worth of juices, I buy 6 seedless cukes, 2 bunches of Kale, 2 bunches of celery, 7 apples, 7 oranges, 7 bananas, and 7 inches of fresh ginger. I prep all ingredients by cleaning and cutting then bag for ease of use the rest of the week. Each day I can juice within minutes, by starting with a sink full of hot soapy water for the machine parts, cleaning up is a breeze (do it right away, before you even drink), and I am ready for the next time.

Directions

Rinse all ingredients, peel orange, banana and ginger, cut into pieces to fit into juicer. "Juice" banana, remove all banana pulp and put into cups or large container, juice all other ingredients and put into cups or large container with a little ice to chill. Stir well and serve immediately.
