Introduction

A nice light lemon dessert. A nice light lemon dessert.

Ingredients

    *Flour - Robin Hood Unbleached Nutri Blend (1/4 cup - 30gr), 1.5 cup
    Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites, 1 serving
    BECEL - Original Margarine, 5 tsp
    lemon pie mix, light, unprepared, 106 gram(s), 1 box
    *DaVinci SugarFree Syrup, about 1/3 cup

Directions

Mix flour, syrup and becel together and press into an 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 until cooked, about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare lemon pie mix using the egg beaters. Pour over the base and refrigerate. May use a meringue topping or sprinkle with icing sugar. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
