Ingredients

Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey, 16 oz
La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 2 cup
*Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 1 cup
*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup
Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 12 count
Directions
Brown ground turkey with salt, pepper to taste and 1 tsp. ground cumin. Add refried beans until mixed through. Remove from heat.
In a 13x9" pan, pour a little enchilada sauce to coat the bottom. Take a tortilla and put about 1/3 cup of meat mixture and a T. of cheese and roll up like a burrito. Lay in pan. Keep repeating with the rest of ingredients. Then pour the rest of sauce over top to coat completely. Top with the rest of cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350F for 30 min.
