Introduction

Like a casserole you make on the stovetop, using only one skillet!!! Like a casserole you make on the stovetop, using only one skillet!!!
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 12 oz bag Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Extra Wide Noodle Style Pasta
    4 cooked chicken breast halves, cut into bite sized chunks (I used the leftover breasts from two chickens I roasted the night before)
    1 15-16 oz can of whole Kernel Corn
    1 14.5 oz can sliced carrots
    1 Family sized (26 oz) can of Campbells cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tablespoon minced garlic


Tips

For the canned vegetables, feel free to use no sodium added or better yet, fresh!


Directions

Put everything in the skillet, using the mushroom soup can, measure out about 1 1/2 cans of water, stire until everything is well combined

Heat to boiling on high, then reduce heat and cover.

Cook until noodles are tender (about 15-20 minutes after reducing heat)

Serving Size: Makes 13.5 one cup servings.
