Introduction

Ingredients

    3 TBSP of the following mix:
    blended 1 whole box of Angel Food Cake Mix and 1 whole box cake mix of choice of flavor. (Important: one must be Angel Food, plus any other flavor for the 2nd one. (Note: The second choice as chocolate is delich!)
    2 TBSP water
    6 fresh sliced strawberries (or other fruit of choice as desired)
    2 TBSP Cool Whip Fat Free

Directions

Blend both selected cake mixes well in a large zip-lock bag. (Simply store the remainder of the blended mixes in the bag). Prepare a small cupcake size bowl or cup (I use a Pyrex custard but you could use a microwaveable cup or a mug) with a light spray of Pam. In a measure cup, mix 3 TBSP of the blended cake mixes and 2 TBSP water and pour into your prepared cup, mug or custard dish. Microwave for 1 minute. Turn your little cake out onto a dessert dish, surround with fresh fruit and top with Cool Whip Free.

Serving Size: 24 mug servings of about 1/2 cup little cake
