Ingredients

3 lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef
2 bags Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco Rice
3 packets Ortega Taco Seasoning Powder
1 cup hot water
Directions
In non-stick skillet, fry up hamburger.
In sauce pan make rice with just water. DO NOT add butter or salt or anything else it calls for except water.
In large measuring cup heat 1 cup water in microwave or straight from tap, needs to be fairly hot.
Whisk in the 3 packets of seasoning mix into water.
Pour seasoning into meat, and turn on low heat while seasoning reduces, mix into meat well.
Add rice and stir together with meat.
Serve and Enjoy!
