    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Peach Preserve, 1 tbsp
    Hellman's (Lite) Half the Fat Mayonaisse, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder
    dash of rosemary


Make a garni of celery and onion slices

Set chicken on celery and onions
mix the peach preserves, mayonaisse, soy sauce, garlic and spread over chicken

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
