Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 0.5 tsp unpacked
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Bean Sprouts, Raw Mung, 2 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Spring onion, 2 serving

Tips

Add vegetables have available.


Directions

1. Stir-fry garlic and spring onion.
2. Add carrots and broccoli, and stir-fry.
3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and bean shoots. Stir and warm through.
4. Serve immediately.
