Ingredients

    16 oz Laura's Lean Beef Ground Sirloin 4% fat
    4 (8 inch) MISSION flour tortillas
    1 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 medium Red Ripe Tomato, diced
    8 tblsp Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream,
    1 cup Bib Lettuce, shredded or chopped
    1 cup Salsa
    3 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Cook ground sirloin 3 minutes, and then add taco seasoning. Continue to cook until ground sirloin is completely browned and well-done.

3) Wrap tortillas in foil and bake for 5 minutes to heat.

4) Spread 1/4 of ground beef onto tortilla. Add 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and 2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream.

5) Serve immediately.
