Ingredients

    1 medium pumpkin
    3 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
    2 teaspoons curry powder

Directions

Chop pumpkin into small pieces and add water to pan.
Add vegetable stock powder and curry powder.
Season with herbs and pepper to taste.
Boil until soft then blend.

Serving Size: Makes about 9 200ml portions
