Ingredients

    Almonds, 1 cup, whole ground in blender
    Coconut, raw, 0.50 cup, shredded
    Almond Butter, 0.50 cup
    Flaxseed, 1 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp
    Honey, 0.25 cup
    Ocean Spray, Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1 cup (chopped)
    Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Organic, 2 cups (grind in blender)
    Dates (Sun Date California Pitted 16 dates(ground)
    Protein Powder 6 servings - any flavor
    Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened, 0.25 cup - or water (varies depending on consistency needed)

    chop all ingredients in blender or food processor before mixing them all together.

Tips

Could add more of any ingredient to change flavor. I might add more protein powder to add more protien. I like to take out the almonds and add coconut


Directions

chop the almonds, coconut, cranberries and dates In a food processor and mix everything in a big bowl with a electric mixer.
line 9x11 pan with wax paper, press mixture in pan, cool in Fridge a couple hours, flip over pan, cut in squares
