Ingredients

    1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced into 1″ cubes
    1 sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1″ cubes
    1 green apple, diced into 1″ cubes
    3 tbsp Pure Grade-B Maple Syrup
    1 tbsp coconut flour
    1 tbsp fresh sage, minced
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

Tips

You can also turn it into mash potatoes


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease pan with oil of choosing or cooking spray
Toss veggies and apples with maple syrup and spread into a 9" round baking dish.
Sprinkle with coconut flour, sage and cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minute to and hour, or until casserole is tender, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Let cool and enjoy!
