Introduction

Ingredients

    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 small (remove)
    2 packets quaker quick oats with walnut and raisins
    Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 oz (remove)
    Dates, 15 date (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Almonds, 10 almond (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

Pulse the oats, sunflower seeds and almonds till they become coarse. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse till it all comes together. Make into walnut sized balls and store it in the fridge. Enjoy your breakfast balls rich in protein
