Ingredients

    3 c cranberries
    1 pear, peeled and diced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c crystallized ginger
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c Splenda
    3/4 c water
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst. Refrigerate. Makes 8 1/2c servings.
