Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can beer (better quality = better bread)
    3 TBSP sugar
    3 C self-rising flour

Directions

Measure flour and sugar into bowl and stir to mix. Pour beer into dry ingredients and mix well. Dough will be thick. Coat a bread pan or muffin pan with nonstick spray and dump dough into pan as appropriate. If making loaf, bake approx 40 min or just until set. Do not allow to brown or bread will be hard. Muffins probably take 20 min. (?)

I have also made these with garlic powder and cheese to make garlicky cheese biscuits/bread. You can experiment with additional ingredients.
