Ingredients

    1 Tbs. dry mustard (like Coleman)
    1/4 cup honey
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/4 tsp. sesame oil
    1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard

    4 - 6 ounce salmon fillets

Tips

Good with rice, couscous, millet, quinoa or grain of your choice.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Rinse salmon filets and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a baking dish. Grate fresh ginger root into a bowl. Mix with other glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over salmon fillets. Spread sauce evenly over fillets. Bake 18-20 minutes until done. You can broil them after they have cooked to make the honey-mustard glaze caramelize a bit if you like.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6 ounce servings
