Ingredients

    1 cups diced chicken
    1 package of yves veggie ground beef (2 cups)
    1 can kidney beans (2 cups)
    2 cups diced white onion
    1 1/3 cup diced celery (3 stalks)
    1 package mrs dash salt free chili seasoning
    1 big garlic clove
    2.5 cups xtra spicy clamato juice
    2 cups frozen corn
    1 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

boil clamato juice with onions to soften. throw in all other ingredients and cook! add a dash of chipotle for a kick

Serving Size: makes 7 servings of 1 cup + some
