Introduction
This is my go-to breakfast. I and my DH eat this every morning. It has a whopping 14 grams of protein (the egg whites add that kick!) per serving plus good whole grains - 6.4 grams of fiber, and the great health benefits of cocoa, cinnamon, and raw honey... all for about 290 calories of filling yummy goodness!!!!! Ingredients

1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (such as Quaker)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Silk)
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (Hershey's)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large egg whites
2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey
Directions
In a small sauce pot, combine oats and almond milk. Cook over medium flame, stirring regularly, for about 15 minutes (or until desired consistency)
Then add cocoa powder and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
While stirring constantly over the flame, pour in egg whites. Continue to stir until egg whites are well combined and cooked through. You will see them starting to turn white. Keep stirring until fully cooked.
Divide oatmeal into two bowls. Drizzle one Tbsp of honey over each bowl.
Enjoy!!!
