Ingredients

1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (such as Quaker)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Silk)
    2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (Hershey's)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    4 large egg whites
    2 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey

Directions

In a small sauce pot, combine oats and almond milk. Cook over medium flame, stirring regularly, for about 15 minutes (or until desired consistency)
Then add cocoa powder and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
While stirring constantly over the flame, pour in egg whites. Continue to stir until egg whites are well combined and cooked through. You will see them starting to turn white. Keep stirring until fully cooked.
Divide oatmeal into two bowls. Drizzle one Tbsp of honey over each bowl.
