Ingredients

1 package Lightlife Gimme Lean Ground Sausage Style Veggie Protein (14 oz)
1 package Lightlife Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style Veggie Protein (14 oz)
2 large eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Tips
Once meatballs are baked, I like to add them to my homemade tomato sauce to simmer before serving.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl - using hands to combine is the best way to incorporate all the ingredients. Once the mixture has come together, use an ice cream scoop to portion out small meatballs. Place the meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip meatballs over and return to oven to cook until they are browned on all sides and are cooked through.
Serving Size: Yields 35 meatballs - 4 meatballs per serving
