Ingredients

    1 head cabbage (lg)
    1 bag frozen carrots
    1 can french onion soup mix
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Add can of french onion soup to slow cooker plus an extra can of water. Chop up head of cabbage and add to slow cooker. Add bag of frozen carrots to slow cooker.

Takes about an hour or 2 in the slow cooker on high setting.

**Not really a vegetarian dish because the french onion soup mix is made with beef stock**
