Tips

This is really fast and tried and true. Everyone I make it for loves it just as is.

Directions

Chuck it all in your blender. Adjust to taste

It is awesome, fresh and good with chips or on eggs or as a cooking sauce for meats poultry or fish.

You can add one or two servings to 2 large smashed avocado's, adding one 1tbsp mayo and more lime juice to make an incredible guacamole

This bunch will last up to 2 weeks in fridge. Do not freeze.

DO NOT USE ONIONS it will spoil the taste.
You can substitute orange or yellow bell pepper for the red.
You can use any kind of tomato just make sure they are ripe. I often use up old tomatoes that are too ripe to slice and eat.

In a pinch you can used whole canned tomatoes without the fluids

This should yield I blenders worth so approx 4 to 5 cups
