Ingredients

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) juice of
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (or to taste)
*1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce, 2 serving or to taste
*Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) 1 medium seeds removed
Garlic, 4 clove or to taste
*Buffalo Sauce, Frank's Red Hot, 4 tbsp
salt if you do not use the franks red to taste
Tips
This is really fast and tried and true. Everyone I make it for loves it just as is.
Directions
Chuck it all in your blender. Adjust to taste
It is awesome, fresh and good with chips or on eggs or as a cooking sauce for meats poultry or fish.
You can add one or two servings to 2 large smashed avocado's, adding one 1tbsp mayo and more lime juice to make an incredible guacamole
This bunch will last up to 2 weeks in fridge. Do not freeze.
DO NOT USE ONIONS it will spoil the taste.
You can substitute orange or yellow bell pepper for the red.
You can use any kind of tomato just make sure they are ripe. I often use up old tomatoes that are too ripe to slice and eat.
In a pinch you can used whole canned tomatoes without the fluids
This should yield I blenders worth so approx 4 to 5 cups
