Introduction

This is a super easy, delicious, vegitarian, and healthier version of a chicken wing dip recipe that is great for parties paired with tortilla chips. I always get asked for the recipe and get great comments. This is a super easy, delicious, vegitarian, and healthier version of a chicken wing dip recipe that is great for parties paired with tortilla chips. I always get asked for the recipe and get great comments.

Ingredients

    1 cup 2% cheddar cheese
    3/4 reduced fat ranch dressing
    1 package Greek cream cheese or reduced fat cream cheese
    3/4 cup buffalo sauce (anchor bar is our personal favorite)
    2 cans white northern beans drained and rinsed


Directions

Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish. Mix breaking up the cream cheese into smaller chunks. Don't worry about mixing it too well so you don't mash the beans. Place in a 350 degree oven (no need to preheat) for about 15-20 minutes until melted and heated through. Mix again and then serve hot.
