Ingredients

    1.5 - 2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 can Tomato Paste
    1 package Taco Seasoning
    1 can mixed veggies
    1 can kidney beans
    2-3 cups water for desired thickness

Tips

Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture if desired.


Directions

Brown and drain ground beef.

Combine all ingredients in 3 qt. pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
