Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1½ tsp paprika
    1 tsp brown sugar
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    ¼ tsp onion powder
    ¼ tsp dried thyme
    ¼ tsp dried rosemary
    ¼ tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1½ tsp olive oil



Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. In a plastic bag, stir together paprika, brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

3. Slice the sweet potatoes intro fry shape. Toss with olive oil. Put in bag with spices and shake to coat. Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 min., flipping halfway through.

    I Liked these - cooked them on the grill instead of the oven. I served them with Greek yogurt to blend with the cayenne a bit. They heat up well the next night too! - 10/20/08
