Canned Coconut milk (full fat), 1/2 cup
Filtered or mineral water, 1/4 cup
MCT Oil (Bulletproof) Brain Octane 1T=15g
Vanilla Bean (Bulletproof taste much better)
BulletProof Whey Protein, 2 tbsp
lemon rind, 1/2 lemon (optional)
Stevia (optional, to taste, good quality pure stevia extract)
I use all bulletproof ingredients for this recipe because they are the highest quality I could find. Even the vanilla is the best vanilla I have ever tried and it will last you a long time. If you use stevia make sure it is pure stevia and not one of those powder brands that has tones of artificial ingredients.
Incorporate the Whey protein gently, mix in with a manual whisk or low speed in your blender to avoid damaging the delicate whey protein.
