Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/2 cucumber, chopped (peeled if desired)
    1 roma tomato, chopped
    1 cup spinach, chopped
    2 stalks of celery, chopped
    1 large avocado
    4 tbsp of cream cheese
    salt to taste
    garlic (if desired)
    black pepper (if desired)

Tips

Serve in a sandwich, use for wraps, with crackers, on top of a bed of lettuce, the possibilities are endless.


Directions

Combine chopped vegetables, cream cheese, tuna, and seasonings in a large bowl and mix well.
