These delicious little no bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack! These delicious little no bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup dry old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
    1/3 cup honey
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill in refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll balls into preferred size. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated up to 1 week.

Serving Size: Makes 20 -25 balls, depending on size
