Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup flour
    1 small onion
    8 oz tomato paste
    1 cup water
    1.5 T parsley
    1t salt
    1/2 t black pepper
    1/2 t Tabasco Sauce

Tips

Serve over rice


Directions

1) Brown flour in the oven
2) Saute onions in sauce pan
3) Add browned flour, tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 30 minutes
4) Add shrimp, parsley, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Simmer for 10 minutes

Do not overcook shrimp.
