Ingredients

    1 lb shrimp, devained, and peeled
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    3 tbsp Third Coast pepper passion jelly
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp corn starch
    1 tsp chili lime salt
    1 tsp Chinese Five Spice

Directions

Add olive oil to a hot pan, add minced garlic and shrimp. Sautee, as shrimp begins to turn pink add all the other ingredients except the cornstarch.
Once the shrimp is mostly pink, move to one side of pan and add the cornstarch to the liquid.
Allow to simmer on low to medium till the sauce thickens and the shrimp is done to your liking. Makes 4 servings
