Ingredients

1 Banana
1/2 C. Uncooked Oats
4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Coconut Oil Spray
Small Berries (5 or so blueberries, raspberries, strawberries,etc.)
Drizzle of Honey
Tips
I used premade apple jelly and it was delicious!
I also heard you can add Stevia to the jam mixture!
Directions
Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash banana with peanut butter. Add oats and stir until fully incorporated.
Lightly grease cookie sheet with spray.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto sheet in 6 equal portions. (batter will be wet!)
Using a fork, make a small indent/well in the center of each cookie.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Jam Topping:
In nonstick pan, reduce berries over medium heat. Mash and add drizzle of honey.
Assembly:
Remove from oven and spoon jam onto each cookie.
Allow to cool.
Serving Size: 1 cookie
