Ingredients

    12 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 cup dark brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
    1/2 scant tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 pinches ground clove
    2 pinches ground allspice
    1 pinch Cayenne pepper
    2/3 cup water
    4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Store in an airtight container in the fridge over night for the flavors to develop. The ketchup should last for 3 weeks in the fridge.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups of ketchup, 1 Tbsp. per serving
