Ingredients

    2 Large Sweet Potatoes
    1 TBSP Margarine
    1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt
    Dash Ground Nutmeg

Directions


Lightly coat 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Scrub potatoes; cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into two wedges. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in pan. Combine margarine or butter, salt, and nutmeg. Brush onto potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown and tender.

    You can save the calories from the butter by just spraying the potatoes with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkling your seasoning on,and bake as the recipe says. ;) - 5/28/09

    Easy to Make Boyfriend Liked them very well. I do Not Eat Sweet Potatoes So I did not try them. But it was a easy Recipe. - 12/2/08
