Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)

    1 stick Butter, unsalted

    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

    3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

    1 cup (16 tbsp) Jif Whips Creamy Peanut Butter

    1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened

    2 cups (96 tsp) Xylo Sweet (Xylitol)

Tips

If you are anxious to have a cookie you can put some in the refrigerator which will speed up the cooling and hardening process. :)


Directions

In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonful's and let cool and harden.
