No flour/eggs or added sugar! No flour/eggs or added sugar!

Ingredients

    Nature's Earthly Choice Quino, 1 cup cooked
    Banana, fresh, 3 cup, mashed
    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cup
    Apples, fresh with skin, 1 cup slices
    Honey, 1/4 cup
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    1/4 cup milk

Tips

you can add other dried fruit to this OR use another type of nuts.


Directions

Cook quinoa
Mix all ingredients together

scoop into lined muffin tin
bake 375 for 25-30 min

Serving Size: Makes 24 standard size muffins
