Ingredients

    1. Cut potato and cauliflower in pieces and take them and the mixed veggies and put them in pressure cooker. Steam for 2 whistles.
    2. In another pot, warm up canola oil, add cumin and mustard seeds, add green peppers and let sizzle, add cabbage, mix and add chilli powder
    3. Add crushed tomatoes
    4. Add Pau Bhaji Masalo - special package from indian store with all spices pre-mixed -- 2 tsps.
    5. Add salt
    6. Mash steamed veggies when ready
    7. Add sauce
    8. Add butter
    9. Mix and add salt as needed
    10. Garnish w/ Cilantro

    KEEP IN MIND THE SERVING SIZE IS LARGE DINNER SERVING SIZE (approx. 1 - 1.5 cup)
    You serve with buns that are grilled with margarine on frying pan...
