    1 1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 TBSP + 1 tsp (10 tsp) white sugar
    1/2 tbsp margarine, melted
    1 1/2 TBSP greek yogurt, plain (or sub with additional margarine - 50 calories per cookie)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    Splash of vanilla extract


Remix from my Flourless Oatmeal Cookies - 50 Calories recipe, found at:


Original recipe calls for 2 TBSP margarine (subbed with 3/4 the amount of plain greek yogurt in this version)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Blend first 5 ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Add blended mixture to wet ingredients and stir to combine until dough forms evenly
Form dough into cookie shapes and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch

Serving Size: makes 20 cookies

    A-maze-ing! These came out perfect and at 30 calories per cookie, they're my new favorite guilt-free cookie! I sprinkled mine with chia seeds before baking for an extra nutritional boost. YUMMY! - 5/19/15
