A great alternative to regular tuna A great alternative to regular tuna
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 - 2 15 oz cans of low sodium chickpeas
    1/4 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
    1/2 tsp Spike seasonings
    Ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp kelp powder
    1-2 tbsp of Follow Your heart Grape seed veganaise
    1/4 tsp dill weed


Directions

drain and rinse the chickpeas
pulse or chop the chickpeas in food processor to your desired texture
in a bowl add chopped red onion and celery
kelp powder
garlic, spike, pepper and dill
then mix in the grape seed veganaise
