Introduction

Chicken with Coleslaw, broccoli slaw, kale and green onion. Mixed with TJ spicy peanut dressing and roasted peanuts. Rolled into a wrap on lavash bread. Chicken with Coleslaw, broccoli slaw, kale and green onion. Mixed with TJ spicy peanut dressing and roasted peanuts. Rolled into a wrap on lavash bread.

Ingredients

    8 oz roasted chicken breast (chopped fine)
    1 cup precut coleslaw
    1 cup precut broccoli slaw
    1 cup finely cut kale (in ribbons)
    1/2 c very finely chopped green onion
    1/2 c Trader Joe Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette
    1/4 c roasted peanuts


    3 Pieces of Lavash

Directions

Mix all salad ingredients together
Chop chicken mix with Salad ingredients
Roast peanuts, chop and mix with other ingredients
Toss with Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette

Use 3 whole Lavash pieces. Divide mixture into portions and roll up lavash into a wrap. Slice the wrap in pinwheel sandwiches, 6 slices per roll. 3 slices is one serving per recipe

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings - 1 lavash per serving, cut into pinwheel
