    water 1.5 cups warmed about 40sec on High
    oil 1 tbsp
    honney 2 tbsp
    whole wheat flour 1.5 cups
    white flour 1 cup
    vital wheat gluten 0.5 cup
    active yeast, 6grams


add ingredients in the bread-machine pan, in the indicated order

set machine for 1.5lb whole-wheat program
if it raises fine until 50-40 min to the end of the program but then collapses, add more gluten or reduce yeast.
