    3. 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
    4. Mixed Frozen Berries
    5. 1 C of water



Tips

I find if I put the ingredients in the order I listed the blender seems to do a better job crushing everything up.


Directions

Good Blender does not have to be a Vitamix I use a Cusinart blender.
