Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 c and 2 tbsp. (10 tbsp.) Honey (or less)
    1 cup lactaid milk 1% or regular or coconut milk
    3 brown eggs
    3 tablespoons flaxseed meal mixed with 9 tablespoons water
    4 tbsp. coconut oil melted
    4 tbsp. vanilla extract
    4 tbsp. chia seeds
    1 cup blueberries

Directions

mix all but blueberries then stir in blueberries. Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Will be very moist.
