    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Wheat, soft red winter, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

sautee veggies in olive oil, add stock, simmer, add wheat berries, simmer more, add frozen veggies and spinach, season, add lemon juice and cheese, ta da!
