Ingredients

    Pam Butter Spray
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 med onion diced
    1 10 oz can chicken
    1 10 oz can rotel tomatoes
    32 oz fat free, low sodium chicken broth
    4 oz tortilla chips
    4 tbs shredded cheddar cheese
    4 tsp reduced fat sour cream
    4 wedges of lime

Directions

Spray pan with Pam, add minced garlic and minced onion. Simmer till onion is translucent. Mix in chicken, rotel tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings of 2 cups. Crush 1 oz of tortilla chips in each bowl, ladel soup over chips. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
