Ingredients

    3 can chunk light tuna, drained
    1/2 cup flax meal (ground flax seeds)
    1/4 cup onions or 4 scallions minced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp soy sauce
    Dash of garlic powder
    Salt/pepper
    2 tsp olive oil
    4 tsp canola oil for frying (opt)
    1 sprouted-grain English muffin per burger (4 total)

Directions

Pan fry. The burgers tend to fall apart, so cook on low and let it get a firm crust before flipping.
